Playground Before the Storm
Here’s one from the archives. This shot was taken in December of 2005 as a storm was moving in on a local playground. I originally posted this as a black & white image, but in hindsight I believe the subdued color adds to the capture.

I really like this one, but the blue trash can is distracting. I guess for authenticity sake, you should leave it, but it really draws the eye away from the tree and the sky, which is obviously the intended focus…
I agree about the color though. I like the mood of this a lot. I can feel the storm coming!
