Dear Mr. Legg-
We have recently been made aware of the existence of your trading card website, located at the url http://leggnet.com/pbacard/pba/cards.html.

While we did notice the disclaimer you offer on the home page of the site and understand that the cards are only offered for display purposes, we feel that your use of "PBA" and "Professional Bowlers Association" marks are potentially misleading for consumers and places us in a precarious position with respect to the projection of our brand and corporate identity in the public domain. We ask that these specific references to our organization be removed from your site as soon as possible.
