Note from Rich (6/23/03):
This is an old site which I had not updated in several years. When this site was first created in 1996 it was made known to the PBA. In fact, it was even linked to from the PBA's original website (www.pba.org). Roll the clock ahead several years to 2003 and I was just contacted by the PBA to remove any reference to them and their logo from the site (click here to see a copy of the letter).
So, in compliance the logo and reference has been removed.

Following are scans of my 1990 Kingpins Trading Card Collection. To the best of my knowledge this was the only year the card set was produced. Click on any of the names to see both the front and back of the card.
Be sure to notice the plastic and non-resin urethane balls in the photographs (remember those days). An interesting observation is the lack of a Brian Voss card. He was thought of in many circles as professional bowling's "Posterboy" at that time. Rumor has it that he did not get his paperwork in on time to make the set. If my sources are correct, each player was paid $1000.00 to be featured on a card and an additional $1000.00 (per card) was paid to the sanctioning body for the use of their name and logo.
I do not know where to purchase these cards from or what their value is. For those interested in value, I suggest a history search on eBay.
