Model release? Since all my stock shoots are planned and with models, I had one.
I really don't get involved in the "does this need a model release…?" discussions on iStock since I am of the belief that if you are using someone's likeness to sell photos that they should give consent – even if a release isn't "officially" required.
It might be the Bible, but I noticed the "Holy Bible" on the front of the Bible is not centered. Was this adjusted or is it the Bible?
On another note, the bracelet on the left hand tells a story, but there's a different story without it. One could be lesser income, the other doesn't tell that story.
(Have you done a photo shoot with a Bible and a big dude with tattoos, or maybe a dude in a prison jumpsuit? How about this Bible with someone in a hospital bed? Or even this old worn out Bible with a new "shiny" one? (Kind of a "all are welcome" message.) Just some thoughts with this Bible.
